This morning's low of 34 was the second coldest of the season. Officially no freeze yet in the city. Most suburban areas have had several freezes.
An early look at Thanksgiving week shows quiet weather for the first half of the week across the central and eastern part of the country. (This is beyond the 14 day forecast)

Steady colder weather should start developing after 21st. I'm still looking for snow around Thanksgiving time period if not look out early December. Steady colder pattern. SST indices expected to drop close to or around 1.0. Our first hard freeze should come by the 17th. The 70's sneak after all but after next week we still will be done with that until March. Marcus, I am still thinking our first 'snow"(flurries/showers/actual measurable snowfall...) will head into our area around Nov. 22-24th timeframe...??! I don't know WHY this is sticking in my head right now, but I just THINK SO!!?;) I learned long ago, never to let go of that first "gut feeling"...and this one has been w/ me for about 3-4 mo's now...?! I'm going w/ it! If I am wrong, so be it!?;) I'm not the first nor the last to make an innacurate call, right?!:)
