There has been a large area of rain over western Kentucky today and another that developed over central Indiana that is weakening as it moves ESE to areas northeast of Louisville. Locally some showers into early evening with the heaviest rains from Madison to Cincinnati.
The Sunday morning weather map has the front into southern Kentucky and that's where the primary focus for rian and storm development will be during the day.
On the right is Monday morning's map with the storm development to our west. There will be a chance for some storms the next couple of days but it is a much higher chance over western and southern Kentucky.
