Fireworks tonight at Waterfront Park in downtown Louisville and on the riverfront in New Albany. It looks like the weather will be perfect.
Tomorrow may be a different story.
.
. This is the HPC surface map for 8 AM Saturday. 4 dot rain is considered heavy rain covering central and northern Illinois.
This will sink southeast during the day with rain and some storms developing here during the afternoon. The 8 PM map has the main rains from Louisville to Paducah during the evening.
. Some severe storms may develop on the southern edge of this rain system and we are in the slight risk for tomorrow.

Local NWS office seems to be more concerned with severe wx now for tomorrow late afternoon...you agree dynamics are coming together?
Also, whats the latest on arrival time for rain tomorrow? When it does start, will it just be a squal line (duration 30 mins) then be over?
