Derby Day 10:15 AM

Happy Derby Day !!  The rain is over (for now) and I see some blue sky. It is sunny now at Evansville and Paducah and we will see sun for several hours. The view on the left is the Watterson at Taylor Blvd. so the traffic near the Downs is not too bad yet.

This afternoon there will be a few showers or even an isolated thunderstorm. Lightning is possible but most areas (hopefully the Downs and your Derby party) will stay dry.

Rain amounts from yesterday and overnight inlcude almost 2 inches at the airport. I had almost 3 inches at my house.

Yesterday I was out of town and did a few posts when I had a few minutes. Today I will be at the track all day but will try to post if I get a chance.
